Hudson Industrial Cutting makes ordering parts for die cutting, splitting and skiving machines as well as die cutting replacement pads simple and fast. We offer a variety of services to suit your needs.

Ordering

Orders may be initiated by phone or email.

When emailing provide information about the machine, model and part number. Any photographs of the machine or part can help us help you. We'll respond as quickly as we can by phone or email with information about availability and a price quote.

"Machine Down"

If you are in a production-threatening “machine down” situation, Hudson will do whatever it takes to get the required part to you as fast as possible. We will try to locate the part either in our facilities or with our affiliates. If necessary, we’ll take the part off a finished, new machine. We’ll then ship it by the fastest possible mode so you can get back to work. This is our commitment to serve our customers.

Shipping

Orders received by 2pm ET and in stock will be shipped same day.

Standard shipping is via UPS. We can also ship via FedEx, DHL and U.S. Postal Service, if you request.

All items are priced without shipping cost. It’s your choice to select the shipping vendor and timeframe (next day, 2-day, 3-day, 5-day) based on how quickly you need the part. Many of our shipments are UPS Next Day. Shipping cost is determined when the items are packed; often, items are combined in one container. Orders can be shipped domestically and internationally; Hudson has long experience shipping internationally in the timeliest way.

As an enhanced customer service to you, depending on the vendor used, Hudson can furnish you with the tracking code so you can follow your order on the Web from our door to yours. If you want, we’ll also enable tracking notifications to email addresses you specify.

Payment

Payment is by credit card or by invoice to approved customers. We accept credit card orders using American Express, MasterCard or Visa. We invoice when your order is shipped. Terms are net 30 to approved accounts.

Warranty / Returns / Cancellation

Hudson non-wearing mechanical parts carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Components we purchase such as electrical and pneumatic parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty, which is usually 30 days.

Parts that may be defective may be returned for inspection and possible replacement. Returned stock items will incur a restocking charge. Made-to-order parts are not returnable unless defective. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to any return by calling the phone number provided above.

Cancellation of made-to-order parts where work has begun will be charged at cost incurred.
